# Integrations

The blocks on this page pass the contact's data to an external service: they create an order, add a subscriber to a group or send an event to an ad account. They do not ask the person anything themselves — they are placed between the scenario's messages.

Each block needs its own integration. It is connected separately for each bot: open "Settings" in the bot, the "Integrations" tab, choose the service in the "Available integrations" list and enter the keys from your account with it.
