# MAX

A MAX bot is connected with a token from the "MAX for Business" account.

> [!IMPORTANT]
> For now, MAX opens bots only to self-employed individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

## Connecting

1. In the bot's scheme, click "Connect messenger" and choose MAX.
2. Click "Get token" and confirm that you are a legal entity or a sole proprietor. The "MAX for Business" site opens: create a bot there and copy its token.
3. Return to your account, paste the token into the "API token" field and click "Save".

Leave the 'Relay requests to the "Incoming Webhook" block' switch off: only scenarios with that block need it.

After saving, the window shows the link to the bot and a QR code.

## What the bot can do in MAX

- **Buttons** — only under a message: regular ones, links, a mini app button. MAX has no keyboard under the input field. A regular button can be coloured green or red; MAX has no blue, and links and the mini app button are not coloured.
- **Phone request** — a person shares their number with one tap.
- **Mini apps** open inside MAX. The app address also has to be set in the "MAX for Business" account: the messenger opens only the address from there.
- **No mailings.** Mass mailings to MAX contacts are turned off under the platform's rules. The bot replies and runs the scenario as usual.
