# Rate the visit

Saves the client's rating and comment about a past visit. You need it if you build your own rating screen — for example, with a range slider and a multi-line field. The "Visit rating" element saves the rating by itself and does not need the block.

## Settings

- **"Appointment"** — usually `{{ appointmentId }}`.
- **"Rating"** — a number from 1 to 5, for example from a range: `{{ rating }}`. A fractional number is rounded.
- **"Comment"** — for example `{{ comment }}`.
- **"Refusal reason into a variable"**.

## Exits

- **"Rated"** — the rating is saved.
- **"Rating failed"** — the appointment was not found, the visit has not taken place yet, or the rating is outside 1–5.

## Specifics

- Only a visit that took place can be rated. From the app the rating can be changed within a week.
