# Condition

Sends people down two branches: the conditions are met — the "Yes" exit, not met — "No". For example, the phone is given → save the order, not given → show a hint.

## Settings

- **"How to combine"** — "All conditions" or "Any condition".
- **Conditions** — up to 20. Each has:
  - **"What to check"** — "A variable", "Launch source", "Link parameter", "Contact tag" or "User tag";
  - **"Comparison"** — `=`, `!=`, `>`, `<`, `>=`, `<=`, "contains", "does not contain", "is empty", "is not empty", "has tags", "has no tags";
  - **"Value"** — text, a number or a variable: `{{ name }}`.

How comparisons work is on the [App data](https://support.watbot.org/mini-apps/data#conditions) page.

## Exits

- **"Yes"** — the conditions are met.
- **"No"** — they are not met.

While there are no conditions, the block always goes through the "Yes" exit.

## Specifics

- The same conditions are set in the "Display condition" of an element, an area or a header button — then you do not need to duplicate the screen.
- To split people only by where the app was opened, the ["Launch source"](https://support.watbot.org/mini-apps/blocks/logic/launch-source) block is simpler: it has an exit for each source.
