New

  • Lists in the project menu. The "Lists" section is now available at the project level: it gathers all lists of the project, including those created in different bots. Learn more — Where lists live.
  • Several records at once. The "Add as rows" button opens an input panel above the records table for entering several records at once. Learn more — Adding several records at once.
  • The "Lists" window in blocks. Every block where you choose a list now has a button that opens the list management window. There you can pick any list of the project or create a new one and fill it right away without leaving the scheme. Learn more — The "Lists" window in a block.
  • Project lists in the API. The API methods work with project lists: getListSchemas also returns lists created directly in a project and shows the project of each list, and createListSchema creates a list in a project by project_uuid.
  • Icons, renaming, ordering and cards in project sections. On the pages of chatbots, mini-landings and other project sections, items now have icons. You can rename an item right in the list and change the order by dragging. The "Cards" view shows a preview in each card: the bot's scheme, the mini-landing page and so on.   • Choosing a project in the AI chat. You can switch the project right in the chat. Learn more — AI chat.
  • A VKontakte tab in "Video lessons". The section, available in the Russian-language interface, now has a tab with videos on VKontakte. For users from Russia it opens by default.

Changes

  • List permissions are a separate category. Team member permissions for lists now have their own "Lists" group in roles. Learn more — What you need.

Important

List permissions that a team member was given earlier for working inside a bot now give access to the lists of the whole project. Check your team members' roles.

  • New AI navigation. Instead of the "AI agents" section, the project menu now has two items — "Knowledge bases" and "AI models"; some pages moved to "AI models". "AI Credits" moved to the "Billing" section, and the AI chat opens with a button on the top bar of the account. Learn more — The project menu and AI Credits.
  • The menu collapses. The whole side menu can be collapsed. When you go to sections not tied to projects, such as "Billing", the menu with the open project stays in place until the page is reloaded.
  • Help as cards. Links to the help center, video lessons and the platform community on section pages are shown as cards in the "Help" block.

Fixes

  • Tags of the alternative main scenario. Previously the tag in the scenario settings was not saved. Learn more — Alternative main scenario.
