New

  • New CRM features. A deal can be closed, created by hand, found with the deal search and filtered by the person responsible. Deals can be viewed as a board or as a list. More in Board and stages.
  • The "Close deal" block. The chatbot scenario has a new block that closes the contact's latest open deal in the built-in CRM. More in Close deal.

Changes

  • Team seats are a separate service. The "Additional administrator" option is no longer tied to the Pro subscription: seats for team members are paid separately, at the same price as before. You manage them in the "Access control" section. More in Team seats.
  • A template when creating a bot. You can choose a ready-made template right in the chatbot creation form. More in A bot from a template.
  • A new design of the contact card and the CRM. More in Contact card and CRM.
  • Widgets without a Pro subscription. Creating and setting up widgets is now free. More in What is available without Pro.
  • Widget edits are visible right away. Changes in the settings show up on the widget in the builder immediately, and the "Save" button saves and publishes a new version of the widget. More in Builder.

Fixes

  • Copying blocks at a zoom other than 100%. Previously, blocks were sometimes not copied when the scheme zoom was changed. More in Copying and pasting.
