What is available without Pro

The rule is simple: building is free and has no time limit, and Pro is needed when what you have built starts working with people. Connecting a messenger, launching a mailing, publishing a landing page — that is Pro.

By section

Chatbots

  • Without a subscription: creating bots, copies and installing templates, scenarios and blocks, commands, tags and variables, testing the bot in the built-in chat, mailing drafts.
  • With Pro: connecting messengers, launching mailings, contacts and dialogues, CRM, analytics, integrations and notifications, payments and orders.

Building a bot with AI

  • Without a subscription: building and editing scenarios. Only AI tokens are paid for.
  • With Pro: launching the bot in messengers.

AI chat

Fully available without a subscription. Only AI tokens are paid for.

Widgets

A widget — a button on your website with links to messengers — is fully available without a subscription.

The chat with the bot in a widget works only with Pro.

Mini landing pages

  • Without a subscription: creating, the builder and settings.
  • With Pro: publishing and your own domain.

Mini apps

Creating, building and launching mini apps is available only with Pro.

Appointments

  • Without a subscription: the journal, schedule, services and customer base.
  • With Pro: the booking mini app and messages to customers in a messenger.

Lists

Fully available without a subscription: creating lists, fields, records, import and export.

What does not need Pro

Some services are paid separately and do not require a Pro subscription:

  • The AI chat and building a bot with AI — only a topped-up "AI Credits" balance is needed.
  • Knowledge base — paid monthly.
  • Online school — it has its own plan.
  • "Team seats" — you can add team members without Pro.

An AI agent in a bot scenario needs both: Pro so that the bot replies to people, and "AI Credits" so that the agent can call the model.

Trial period

A trial Pro is turned on at sign-up: you can build a bot, connect a messenger and test it on your first contacts. No card is required. The trial lasts 7 days and covers up to 100 contacts.

If an action requires Pro

When you click something that is available only with Pro and have no subscription, the "This feature is available on Pro" window opens. The "Get Pro" button takes you to the subscription checkout, "Not now" closes the window — everything you have built stays in place.

The subscription is needed by the project owner. A team member invited to the project does not need a subscription of their own.

When the subscription ends

  • The bot stops guiding people through the scenario.
  • Mailings stop.
  • Published mini landing pages become unavailable.

Bots, scenarios and everything else stay in your account. After payment, everything works again.
