AI
AI on the platform means language models from various developers that you can work with right in your account and that can reply to your customers in a chatbot. You choose the model: a different one for each task.
What AI can do
| Feature | What it is | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| AI chat | A conversation with a model: questions, texts, document analysis, web search, file creation | The "AI chat" button on the top bar of your account |
| AI agent | A scenario block in which a model talks to the contact | The bot scenario builder — the AI Agent page |
| Building a bot | AI builds and edits a chatbot scenario from your description | The AI chat and the "AI help" button on the bot scheme — the Building a bot in the AI chat page |
| Building a mini app | AI builds and edits a mini app from your description | The AI chat and the "AI help" button on the app scheme — the Building an app in the AI chat page |
| Building a mini landing page | AI creates a mini landing page, writes and edits its pages, adds a form that sends data to a bot | The AI chat and the "AI help" button in the landing page editor — the Building a landing page in the AI chat page |
| Building a widget | AI creates and edits a website widget: links, colors, banner, chat with a bot — and gives you the code for your site | The AI chat and the "AI help" item in the widget menu — the Building a widget in the AI chat page |
| Booking setup | AI creates a booking branch, adds services and specialists, sets the schedule and booking rules | The AI chat and the "AI help" item in the branch menu — the Setting up booking in the AI chat page |
| Online school builder | AI creates a school and a course, writes lessons and quizzes, adds access packages — all as a draft | The AI chat and the "AI help" item in the school menu — the Building a course in the AI chat page |
| Knowledge bases | Your documents in which AI searches for answers. The AI chat can add to them when you ask | The "Knowledge bases" section in the project menu — the Knowledge bases help section |
Models, their prices and usage are shown in the "AI models" section of the project menu.
What you need
- Topped-up "AI Credits". Every call to a model is paid at its token price. There is no subscription fee for the AI chat. How to top up the balance and where to see usage is on the AI Credits page.
- A Pro subscription is not needed for the AI chat, building a bot or a mini landing page and knowledge bases. You will need it for a bot with an AI agent to reply to people in messengers. See the What is available without Pro page for details.
- A knowledge base is paid separately — monthly, from the account balance, not from "AI Credits".
Prices of models and knowledge bases are on the Prices of additional services page.
Who pays and who has access
Usage is always charged to the project owner's "AI Credits" — even when a team member works in the AI chat.
A team member gets access through their role. A role has two permission groups:
- "AI agents / Chat" — "Full chat access", "View analytics", "View logs";
- "AI agents / Knowledge bases" — permissions for documents, search, settings and deleting bases.
Roles are created in the "Access control" section on the "Permissions and roles" tab — see the Team member access page. How to invite a team member to the project is described in the Account and projects section.
Pages in this section
- AI chat — where it is, how conversations work, choosing a model and reasoning, stopping a response and working in the background.
- Tools and files in the chat — web search, reading pages and documents, attachments, creating files.
- AI models — the model catalogue, how models differ and how to choose one.
- AI Credits — topping up, how the cost is calculated, the "Logs" and "Statistics" sections.
- Limits and security — what AI can change, what its limits are and what team members see.
Knowledge bases have a section of their own — Knowledge bases: documents, the plan, search testing and connecting a base to AI.
