Cancel appointment#

Cancels the client's appointment. It usually goes on the "Cancel button" of the "Appointment card" element — the app asks the client again before cancelling.

Settings#

• "Appointment" — usually {{ appointmentId }}. The appointment is searched among this client’s appointments in all branches.
• "Refusal reason into a variable".

Exits#

• "Canceled" — the appointment is canceled.
• "Cancellation failed" — the appointment was not found or the cancellation deadline has passed.

Specifics#

A client can cancel an appointment no later than the deadline from the branch rule "Cancellation deadline, hours". After that, the refusal reason is "An appointment can be canceled or moved no later than … h before the visit" — with the branch phone, if it is set.
