Edit a record#

Finds a record and changes its columns: mark an order as canceled, update the delivery address, set a rating.

Settings#

• "List".
• "Which record" — "By id" (the "Record id" field, usually {{ recordId }}) or "By conditions". With conditions, the first matching record is changed.
• "What to write" — columns and new values, up to 50. The other columns of the record do not change.
• "Behaviour": "Only the current user’s records" — on by default.

Exits#

• "Success" — the record is changed.
• "Error" — the record was not found, the list is not selected, or there is not a single condition in the "By conditions" mode.

Specifics#

Warning

Do not clear "Only the current user’s records" without need. Without it, the block takes any record of the list: the id and the condition values come from the person's device, and a savvy person can substitute someone else's record.

Records are a person's "own" if they were created by the "Add a record" block or a "Record form" attached to the user.
