HTTP request, JavaScript and webhooks

These blocks connect the bot to the outside world: they send data to your server, receive requests from other services and run your code. They are meant for a developer or for someone familiar with HTTP and JavaScript.

What a block did and why it failed is shown in the "Execution log" — it is in the settings of every block and is described in the section overview.

HTTP request The block sends a request to a third-party server and handles the response: shows it in the chat, saves it to variables or passes it to your code. JavaScript interpreter The block runs your JavaScript code: it calculates, transforms data, changes the contact's variables and tags, and decides where the scenario goes next. Incoming webhook The block receives a request from a third-party service and runs your JavaScript code. Inline Telegram bot The block turns on Telegram inline mode for the bot.
