Message chain#

Sends several messages in a row: text, photos, videos, audio and files. This is the main block for talking to a person. The block's buttons appear under the last message of the chain.

Settings#

In the "Message chain" section, put the messages in the order the bot should send them. The buttons at the bottom of the section add a new message:

• "Text" — a text message. Formatting and inserting contact data work the same way as in the "Simple message" block.
• "Photo", "Video", "Audio", "File" — upload a file from your computer. The "Add description" button adds a caption to the file.
• "Video note" — a square video no longer than 60 seconds, with a side of no more than 640 pixels. It has no caption.
• "Document from CRM" — a file from this contact's deal in the built-in CRM. In the "File name" field choose the deal field that holds the document, and in the "Stage" field — the stage the deal must be at. If there is no matching deal or file, the bot sends nothing.

One chain holds up to 30 messages. To change the order, drag a message. The cross deletes it.

Outputs#

• Buttons from the "Menu" section — each has its own output.
• "Any other phrase" — the person replied with something that is not among the buttons.
• "Continue" — the bot moves on right after sending the chain, without waiting for a reply.

Tip

Several short messages are easier to read than one long one. But don't overdo it: three messages in a row is already a lot.
