Assign tag#

Marks the contact with tags. Later you can use tags to select an audience for mailings and to check conditions in the scenario.

Settings#

• "Assign tag" — the list of tags. Click "Add", type the tag name and press Enter. There is no need to create tags in advance: the bot creates a new tag itself.

Outputs#

• "Continue" — the bot moves on right after assigning the tags.

Good to know#

• If the contact already has the tag, it is not added a second time.
• Templates do not work in tag names: the tag is assigned exactly as you typed it.

Tip

Name tags after what happened: "left a phone number", "asked about the price". That makes it easier to build an audience from them.
