Remove user from bot

Removes the current contact from the bot together with all their data: variables, tags, accounts. The block has no settings.

The block has no outputs either: the scenario ends on it.

Good to know

  • A removed contact no longer counts towards the number of contacts in your plan.
  • If the person writes to the bot again, they appear as a new contact — without the earlier data.

Warning

Removal is irreversible: the contact and their data cannot be restored. Place the block only where the person has asked to be removed, and put a confirmation question before it.
