Account billing

All platform services are paid from the account balance: the Pro subscription, team seats, the knowledge base and the rest. You top up the balance yourself; there are no automatic charges to your card.

Plans and prices are described in the Plans and billing section. This page is about how to pay.

The "Billing" section

It opens with the "Billing" item in the "Account" group of the main menu or with the "Subscription" and "Balance" rows in the account menu. The tabs are on the right:

Tab What is inside
"Plan" Balance, upcoming payments, your plan
"AI Credits" The balance for the AI chat and AI agents — see AI
"Transactions" All top-ups and charges of the balance
"Payments" Top-ups through payment systems and their statuses
"Address" The payer address. The tab appears once the address is filled in
"Invoices for companies" Payer details and issued invoices. The tab is there if payment by invoice is available to your account

Under the tabs there is the "Top up balance" button.

Balance and bonuses

At the top of the "Plan" and "Transactions" tabs you see:

  • "Balance" — the money in your account;
  • "Bonuses" — bonus points. You can use them to pay for the Pro subscription at the rate shown in the tooltip next to them.

The balance is kept in one currency — it is determined at sign-up by your country.

Topping up the balance

  1. Click "Top up balance".
  2. Enter the amount in the "Enter the amount" field.
  3. Choose a method in the "Payment method:" block.
  4. Click "Pay". The payment system's page opens. After payment, the money goes to your balance.

Which methods are in the list depends on your country and the balance currency. It can be a bank card, the Faster Payments System (SBP), YooMoney and others.

If a bonus program is running on the platform, the window shows the "Get cashback in points up to …%" banner. The larger the top-up, the higher the percentage: the "In total you will receive:" line shows the amount together with the points.

Saved cards

When paying by card, you can tick "Link a bank card" — then next time the card is in the list of methods and you can top up the balance in one click.

  • The platform does not store bank card data.
  • The platform does not debit money from the card automatically — only when you top up the balance yourself.

The list of cards is in "Settings" → "Payment cards". The "⋯" menu of a card has "Set as default" and "Delete".

Payer address

Some payment systems require the payer's contact details. In that case, after you click "Pay", a form opens: first name, last name, country, city, zip code and address. This address appears on the invoice and must be the real address of your home or office.

Once it is filled in, the "Address" tab appears in the "Billing" section. To change the details, click "Edit".

An invoice for a company or sole proprietor

A company or sole proprietor can top up the balance with an invoice — paid by bank transfer from a business account. This method is available if the account balance is in roubles and payment by invoice is enabled on the platform.

Issuing an invoice

  1. Open "Billing" → "Invoices for companies" and click "Issue invoice". Or, in the "Top up balance" window, choose the "Invoice for companies" method.
  2. Enter the amount. The minimum amount is shown in the window.
  3. Fill in the "Payer details":
    • "Entity type" — "Legal entity" or "Sole proprietor";
    • "Company name" — for example, Romashka LLC;
    • "Tax ID (INN)" — 10 digits for a company or 12 for a sole proprietor;
    • "KPP" — 9 digits, required for a legal entity;
    • "OGRN / OGRNIP" — optional;
    • "Legal address";
    • "Email for invoices" — the invoice and the payment notification will be sent here, optional;
    • "Phone".
  4. Click "Issue invoice".

The window shows "Invoice No. … for … has been issued", the payment purpose with a "Copy" button and the "Download invoice (PDF)" button. The invoice is also sent to the account's email and to the "Email for invoices", if specified.

The details are saved for future invoices. To change them, use "Invoices for companies" → "Edit details".

Paying and waiting for the money to arrive

Pay the invoice from the bank account of the company it was issued to. In the payment purpose, enter the text from the invoice — it is how the payment finds its invoice.

The balance is topped up automatically once the money arrives, usually within 1–2 business days. You get an email about the payment — to the same addresses as the invoice.

Invoice statuses

The "Issued invoices" table has the number, date, amount, status and a link to the PDF:

Status What it means
"Awaiting payment" The money has not arrived yet
"Paid" The balance has been topped up. If a different amount arrived, the amount "Received" is shown under the status
"Canceled" The invoice is canceled; you don't need to pay it

Operations

The "Transactions" tab is a log of all balance movements: top-ups, charges for the subscription and services, bonus points credited. Operations are grouped by day.

Each operation has a name, where the money was debited from or credited to ("Balance", "Bonuses" or "Payment system") and the amount: top-ups are marked with a plus. Clicking an operation expands the details: the operation number and time, and for charges — the paid services, quantity, price and the period "For the period from … to …".

Payments

The "Payments" tab lists top-ups through payment systems:

Column What it shows
"Type" "Top-up" or "Refund"
"Status" "Created", "Processing", "Succeeded" or "Canceled"
"Amount" and "Date" The amount and time of the payment
"Invoice" A link to the PDF of the company invoice, if the payment was made with one

A payment in the "Created" status means you started paying but did not finish. Only a payment with the "Succeeded" status tops up the balance.

Upcoming payments

On the "Plan" tab, the "Upcoming payments" block shows how much will be charged to the balance and for what: for the current month, the next one or a chosen period. Clicking a row expands the services and charge dates. The amount is approximate: it depends on the enabled services, consumption and current rates.

Top up the balance in advance so that there is enough money by the charge date. If there is not enough, the service is suspended. The platform reminds you about an upcoming charge — see Account notifications.

Pro subscription auto-renewal

The Pro subscription is renewed from the balance automatically. To turn off auto-renewal:

  1. Open "Billing" → "Plan".
  2. In the "Your plan" block, click "Manage".
  3. In the "Manage Pro plan" window, click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

The subscription runs until the end of the paid period. The "Your plan" block shows "Subscription ends:" with the date and the "Auto-renewal disabled" mark.

Warning

When the subscription ends, the bot stops guiding people through the scenario and mailings stop. The platform recommends exporting your contacts before the end. What else stops working is on the What is available without Pro page.

To turn auto-renewal on again, click "Renew subscription" in the same window.

Contact packages, automatic package upgrade and payment terms are described on The Pro plan page.

If something does not work

  • Money was charged, but the balance was not topped up. Open "Payments" and check the status. "Processing" means the payment system has not confirmed the payment yet — wait.
  • The payment method you need is missing. The list depends on the country and the balance currency. If the window has the "Information for users from the CIS countries, the EU, etc." banner, write to support — the chat window is in the lower right corner.
  • There is no "Invoices for companies" tab. Payment by invoice is available only with a balance in roubles and where this method is enabled on the platform.
  • The invoice is paid, but the balance was not topped up. Crediting usually takes 1–2 business days. Check that you paid from the account of the company in the payer details and entered the payment purpose from the invoice. If more time has passed, write to support.
  • "Minimum invoice amount is …". Increase the invoice amount.
