Lists

These blocks work with the project's lists — the same ones the chatbots use: orders, requests, a catalogue, favourites. How lists work is in the Lists section, how the app shows records on a screen is on the App data page.

Common to all four blocks:

"List" — a project list. The button next to it opens the project's lists.
"Which record" — in the edit, delete and find blocks: "By id" or "By conditions". The id usually comes as a variable from the screen where the person picked the record. A condition is a column, a comparison ("Equals", "Contains", "Starts with", "Ends with", "Greater than", "Less than", "Empty", "Filled") and a value. Up to 20 conditions.
You can insert variables into column values and conditions: {{ name }}.

Tip

For questionnaires and requests, the "Record form" screen element is handier: it writes the record to the list by itself, no block is needed.

Add a record The "Add a record" block creates a record in a project list from values and variables, puts its id into a variable and can attach the record to the user. Edit a record The "Edit a record" block finds a record by id or by conditions and changes its columns; by default only the current user's records. Delete a record The "Delete a record" block deletes a record by id or all records matching conditions; by default only the current user's records. Find a record The "Find a record" block looks for a record by id or by conditions with sorting and puts its columns into variables.

Lists
