Data export
A bot's data can be downloaded as an archive: conversations, contacts and requests. This is useful for keeping the history before deleting a bot or for processing the data in another program.
Export is available with a Pro subscription.
Requesting an archive
- Open the bot, choose "Settings" in the side menu and go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Click "Download bot data". The "Downloadable bot data" page opens with the list of archives already created.
- Click "Request data".
- Tick what to export: "Dialogs", "Contacts", "Requests". You can tick several items — they go into one archive.
- Click "Create archive".

An archive takes from a few seconds to a few hours to build — it depends on the amount of data. You can close the page: the finished archive will be waiting in the list.
Downloading an archive
For every archive, the list shows its contents ("Name"), "Status" and "Creation date".
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Processing" | The request is accepted |
| "Creating archive" | The archive is being built |
| "Done" | The archive can be downloaded |
| "Error" | The archive could not be built. Request the data again |
When the status changes to "Done", click "Get link" and then "Download".
Limits
- No more than 10 archives can be created for one bot per day.
- A team member sees only the items their role allows: conversations, contacts and requests separately. If there are no permissions for any item, the settings have no "Download bot data" button.
If something does not work
- "You cannot create more than 10 archives per day." Wait: the limit is counted over the last 24 hours.
- "Select at least one data type for downloading." Tick at least one item before clicking "Create archive".
- The "Get link" button is inactive. The archive is still being built. Refresh the page later.
