Timer#

Sends the contact further along the scenario and at the same time schedules a delayed sending of another block. Handy when the conversation should take its course, and after a while you need to remind the person about yourself.

Settings#

When the timer block is sent is described in the "When to send" section.

Outputs#

• "Continue" — at once, as soon as the contact gets into the block.
• "By timer" — when the time has come.

If the "By timer" output is not connected to anything, no wait is scheduled: the contact simply follows "Continue".
